PRODUCT DETAIL

Disposable Ventilation Formwork System (TPDVFS)

The TPDVF system, that is, the creeping space of the gap pipes, wires and water pipes built under the floor, to improve the appearance, health and safety of the house. This is a non-reusable template that can eliminate rising humidity and radon gas. Radon gas is a gas found in the soil in nature and is harmful to humans. This system allows the construction of a reinforced concrete structure, which is placed on a fixed floor in series by individual templates. This structure allows uniform stress distribution across the surface, resulting in good load carrying capacity, both static and dynamic. Disposable ventilation Formwork are made of recycled and environmentally friendly plastic materials, which have ultra-high mechanical properties and durability.

The role of the TPDVF system

Reduce floor weight

In the traditional method of foundation beam construction, the final stage is the filling step, usually sand or gravel made of expensive and difficult to store inert materials. Increased the difficulty of on-site management. After using the TPDVF system, not only is it easy to install, but also it can save a lot of concrete without affecting the load bearing of the floor.

Ventilation, moisture-proof

The TPDVF system avoids direct contact between the floor and the ground and solves the problem of moisture resistance in the house. Inside the TPDVF system, a space is formed, and the outside is connected to the inside through a reasonable design to avoid the accumulation of radon gas.

Effective use of space

Through reasonable design, the internal space of the TPDVF system can be used for power lines, telecommunications, water pipes, etc.

Closed plate of TPDVF system port

Design advantages of closed panels

1.Solved the problem of pouring concrete at the edge of the formwork.

2.Reasonable telescopic design avoids the need to truncate the template to adapt to irregularities such as the actual length and radian of the site.

3.Supporting the edge, people can walk freely on the edge.

4.Avoiding the need for the internal formwork of the beam, the two are poured at the same time, reducing the operating time, and the integrated casting produces high resistance to the weak coupling point between the beam and the slab.

5.The ground depth can be compensated.

Installation of ventilation duct of TPDVF system

How was it created?

In order to improve the ventilation of the foundation created by the TPDVF system, it would be beneficial to use the chimney effect. For proper ventilation, the system should go from north to south (when impossible, from west to east). The vent pipe entrance must be placed on the colder side (north or west) and close to the ground level (-50 cm), the duct exit is on the warm side (south or east) and a higher position (usually between the floor the height of). Air flow can use 80/120 mm diameter pipes, around the beam, every 3,50/4,000 meters, provide PVC pipe connection and external stainless steel mesh anti-intrusion net. The pipeline with lower inlet must reach half of the template to ensure effective gas channeling and chimney effect. To ensure a unified artificial cycle, all areas must be connected together, even if they are interrupted by foundation beams or shoulders. When used, the expansion of the plot requires perforation in order to insert pipes to connect the crawling space with the outside. The connection must use construction site PVC pipe.

Installation

Installation steps

tupian8.jpg

PREPARATION

Creation of a laying surface with lean concrete and installation of the external formwork and the reinforcements of the perimetral beams.

tupian9.jpg

FACILITIES

Installation of the pipes to place them into the perimetral ventilation holes and then eventual place of channeling systems for the pipes.

tupian10.jpg

Install Formwork

Installation of formwork following the instructions, from right to left as marked in the formwork, without any cutting.

tupian11.jpg

Install the closing plate

Adjust the position of the formwork and the closed plate (adjust the closed plate ) to be close to the reinforcement cage of the beam.

tupian12.jpg

REINFORCEMENT

Install the load distribution reinforcement mesh on the TPDVF formwork and connect it to the foundation beam reinforcement.

tupian13.jpg

SINGLE POUR

Pour of the beams and the foundation slabs.

Follow the instruction in order to pour correctly.

Pouring concrete

After installing some TPDV system components, you can walk on the formwork, pay attention to walking only near the column, not directly on the dome. Once the wire mesh is placed, the entire surface can be walked on. In the case of pumping concrete, keep the form of the pump outlet at a maximum distance of 20 cm to avoid excessive pressure. Of course, the foot should be filled first, and then the beam, not the other way around. The concrete can only be poured after confirming the installation and verification of the welded mesh.

Stage 1

Partially fill TPDVF feet partially

Stage 2

Partially fill all kerbs and foundation beams

Stage 3

Complete the pour of the feet, kerbs and foundation beams

Application of TPDVF system on the roof

tupian18.jpg

With ventilated roofs

At present, the mainstream of the construction industry is paying more and more attention to the planning of energy-efficient buildings with a comfortable living environment: this can also be achieved by roof ventilation and walls. The TPDVF system is ideal for creating ventilated surface designs to reduce heat transfer and insulation. This system keeps the roof and walls cool in summer and keeps warm in winter. The formwork system allows the creation of a plenum in two directions.

tupian19.jpg

The TPDVF system is particularly suitable for the construction of prefabricated "low cost houses". This is a particularly easy and fast installation system, which improves the quality and comfort of the house by separating the floor from the ground. This is an innovative construction method. Their only weakness is that they must establish a ventilated foundation in order to insulate and protect the house from moisture. The ventilation ducts using the TPDVF system eliminate the rising humidity and protect the comfort and hygiene in the house.

tupian20.jpg

In the case of building floor partitions, it is essential to create a void space under the floor, because a lower self-weight can improve the structural behavior and increase the bearing capacity. The PP formwork weighs less than the traditionally used concrete filling material and allows faster installation. As a result, the weight of the structure is reduced (this is especially important in the case of the upper layer), avoiding the use of heavy filling materials, which may be difficult to handle on the job site.tupian21.jpg

Because the TPDVF system gives the foundation the advantage of ventilation, the TPDVF has a health advantage, and it is easy to use the internal space to solve every problem related to facility installation and so on. In fact, the inside of this TPDVF can be used for pipes or other installation channels, otherwise it should be installed outside, thereby increasing the thickness of the floor installation. Only before installing the TPDVF, sufficient pipes should be placed in the TPDVF.

Application of TPDVF in saving water resources

The TPDVF system allows rainwater storage and stratified water tanks to be established in parks, plazas, stadiums, etc., to help the city prevent floods and regulate water levels. This is the ideal solution. When the city experiences heavy rain or extreme weather, it can collect excess water into the TPDVF system to adjust the city water level. When the weather improves, use the stored water as non-potable water, such as watering flowers, irrigation, city clean water, etc. You can create a storage tank that suits any situation by adjusting the height and storage tank.
